(DocumentDB) Allow Paging (skip/take)

Azure Cosmos DB（旧DocumentDB）の要望掲示板に、数年前から以下の投稿があったんですね。

Allowing paging would be huge. Btw, Thank You for rolling out this feature at all! It looks wonderful! Can't wait to try it! However, I won't be able to use it for actual work projects until it supports paging and sorting.

この要望は長らく放置されていたんですけど、2018年10月18日にAzure Cosmos DB Teamから以下の回答がありました。

This feature is currently in active development. We will update this item to complete once it has shipped so those voting/commenting should get notified.

この機能が実装されたら、Azureからロリポップに移したEnglish-Video.netをまたAzureに戻すかもしれません。
