Azure Web AppsでHTTP/2通信

いまグーグルで「Azure Web Apps HTTP/2」と検索したんですね。

Enable HTTP/2 on Azure Web Apps

IIS 10.0 in Windows 10 already supports HTTP/2, Azure Web Apps should support it as well.

この掲示板を読んでいくと、以下のように2017/11/10頃にAzureの西ヨーロッパ地域でHTTP/2通信が始まったようです。

Some Azure regions support App Service with http/2 since a few days

e.g. West Europe supports h2, AppService instances in North Europe don't (yet)

その内地域が拡大されて、近いうちに日本にも適用される日がくると思います。
